Fall 2008 Recreational Soccer Registration is Closed
Registration is now closed for the fall 2008 recreational soccer season. The next opportunity to register for soccer will be for the spring 2009 season. Registration will open up for spring in December 2008.

Fall 08 Recreational Soccer Season Info:
- Practices will begin the week of August 11. You should hear from your child's coach by the weekend of August 16-17. Practice schedules can be found here. Coach contact information can be found here. Practice & Coach contact pages will be tentative until things settle out the first or second week of the season so you should refresh the page in your browser when you open it until the season is underway.
- DOC session information- Your child's team will be scheduled to practice with our club's director of coaching; Ryan Weldon, every other week. The DOC schedule is available on the practice schedule page. Look for the orange, violet and teal colored squares. On the week that your child does not have his team practicing with the DOC, they will hold a regular team practice. Each team has been provided with an additional practice time and place in additon to their DOC scheduled practice for a total of two practices per week.
- All players need to wear cleats & shinguards to all practices and bring the appropriate size ball and a large water bottle. Players may not participate in practices without shinguards.
- Games begin on different weekends depending on age and divison (U-6 through U-14 Spring rec games will begin on September 6). Check the calendar page for comp team start dates. Game schedules are supposed to be posted on the scoreline website on August 29 (allow a day or two beyond this, they are often a little late getting the schedules on line).

Library Fields Lighting Fundraising
Satellite Beach Soccer Club has launched a major fund-raising campaign to help the City of Satellite Beach acquire lighting for the athletic fields at the Library Sports Complex. Follow link below to sign up for referee classes
Interested in becoming a certified referee? To find entry referee courses in our area, click on the link to the FSR site.Then click on "Courses" and select the "Entry Referee Classes -- Grade 8", then click "Review Course Listings and Register". There is no required minimum age, but we suggest 13 years or older. SBSC can always use new referees. This is a great way to earn money while participating in the excitement that is youth soccer!
